14 days returns:

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item, we have a no quibble returns policy from 14 days after you receive the item. It must be returned to us in the original packaging and be in a saleable condition with all tags, labels etc still attached.

After 14 days and up to 28 days we will replace or refund defective items whatever you prefer.

When returning items please email us first, we will give you a returns number, write your order number on the outside of the package along with the returns number, sorry return costs are at your expense.

Refunds, we will always refund you straight away, as soon as we have the item returned to us. 

Warrantiy/Guarantee 1 Year

ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. We trust our products.

 

SnowShepherd will not warranty items against improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized modification or alterations, normal wear and tear, improper care or drying, negligence, or if the item was used for something other than what it was designed for.

- cuts or rips (from skis/snowboards, knives, tree branches, falls or abrasions, other accidents, etc.)

- an animal destroying the glove(s)

- cracking of the leather from not conditioning the leather with leather balm

- fading or discoloration of leather or other fabrics

- over-treating of leather with leather balm

- damage to gloves due to the application of duct tape or other adhesives

- damage due to improper care or cleaning

-look after your gloves and they will look after you.

- items using being used under a warranty/ guarantee will need to be returned for our inspection
